Real Estate Agent - Team Leader

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent - Team Leaderto lead and drive our sales team to success. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, proven sales expertise, and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Motivate: Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue and expand market presence.
• Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and guidance to maximize success.
• Client & Developer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and top developers.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
• Negotiation & Closing: Oversee high-value property transactions and ensure seamless deal closures.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, RERA regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales management in UAE.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving sales performance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan sales.
• RERA certification (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
