Job Description

Please be advised that this position is solely commission-based and does not include a basic salary.

  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify trends, pricing, and investment opportunities that can maximize client returns.
  • Assist clients in preparing properties for sale, including staging advice, professional photography, and creating compelling property descriptions.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations to provide clients with accurate and compliant guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and title companies, to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Conduct open houses and private showings, showcasing properties' unique features to engage and inform potential buyers effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, building trust and rapport throughout the transaction.
  • Prepare and review all necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness to avoid delays and legal complications.

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in residential real estate sales is essential to demonstrate industry expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends effectively, allowing for better client recommendations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to advocate for clients' interests and secure the best possible deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, fostering trust and long-term client loyalty.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of managing multiple listings and clients simultaneously.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients’ schedules and maximize opportunities.
