Paralegal

• Ensure availability of adequate and firsthand information of contractual scope of works and deliveries.
• Follow up on material deliveries in conjunction with factory and supply chain.
• Monitor shaft readiness and ensure shafts dimensions are as per approved shop drawings.
• Ensure adequate resources planning to meet project’s contractual requirements.
• Request purchase order for subcontractors and local materials in conjunction with Project Manager and supply chain.
• Coordinate with main contractors, architects, and consultant teams on the project's requirements:
• Shop drawings, Technical submittal, Material sample, Method statement & Inspection and Test Plan approval.
• Plan and arrange Logistic program for safe and timely deliveries of escalators and elevator material inside the building premises.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the main contractor (as applicable according to project requirement).
• Attend weekly/bi-weekly meetings with MC.
• Carry out technical coordination and planning to interface elevators with low voltage devices.
• Ensure adequate resources are available.
