Real Estate Agent (Freshers are welcome)

As a Real Estate Agent, your primary role will be to assist clients in buying and selling properties. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, guide them through the process, and build long-term relationships in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries and assist them in finding suitable properties.
  Understand client preferences and requirements and suggest appropriate real estate options.
  
• Negotiation and Sales: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  Help clients understand terms and conditions, guiding them through the paperwork and contracts.
  
• Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive properties.
  Advise clients based on current market conditions and forecasted trends.
  
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  
• Administrative Tasks: Prepare contracts, agreements, and documents related to real estate transactions.
  Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, contractors, and other parties involved.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Freshers are welcome; a background in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust.
  Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  Basic knowledge of real estate principles (training will be provided).
  Familiarity with MS Office and real estate listing platforms (training provided if needed).
