Job Description: Real Estate Consultant (Commission-Based)

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a commission-based role ideal for self-starters who are passionate about real estate and are eager to build a successful career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
   • Identify and connect with potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
   • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
   • Provide expert advice on buying, selling, and leasing properties.
2. Market Expertise:
   • Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including property values, new developments, and legal regulations.
   • Offer clients insights on the best investment opportunities and market trends.
3. Property Listings and Viewings:
   • Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties for sale or lease.
   • Organize and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.
4. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
   • Negotiate terms, prices, and conditions on behalf of clients.
   • Ensure smooth and successful closure of deals, meeting client expectations and company targets.
5. Documentation and Compliance:
   • Assist clients in completing contracts, agreements, and all necessary paperwork.
   • Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations.
6. Lead Generation and Marketing:
   • Use various channels such as networking, referrals, online platforms, and open houses to generate leads.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to advertise properties effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and online property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut).
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle (preferred).
