Real Estate Agent (Commission-Based)

Job Description:

Dharani Real Estate, a leading real estate agency in Dubai, is looking for passionate and driven Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team on a commission basis. You will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties, offering expert advice and exceptional service to achieve successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Property Listings: Market and promote available properties through various platforms.
• Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new leads and opportunities.
• Viewings & Tours: Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential buyers or renters.
• Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, or renters, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, property laws, and market conditions.
• Documentation: Assist clients with required paperwork and ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a customer service role (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools (preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
