Who you are
An experienced commercial real estate professional with a proven track record in logistics and warehousing leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the market.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred);
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent or broker;
• Specialized experience in warehouse leasing (required);
• Proven record of successful transactions and an established network of buyers, sellers, and tenants;
• Own a car and a laptop;
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
• Valid UAE real estate broker's license.

• Maintain precise records of all transactions.
• Provide guidance on mortgages, market conditions, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with property management and legal teams to ensure seamless transactions.
