We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. This is a commission-based role with lucrative earning potential ranging from 50-70% on each deal. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing activities.
  • Client Representation: Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, guiding them through the entire transaction process.
  • Property Listings: List and market properties for sale or rent, utilizing the latest digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to determine property values and provide accurate property evaluations.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms for your clients.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates or career changers with a passion for real estate are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of the local property market is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidates’ record of achieving sales targets or closing deals.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
