Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent and Off Plan Specialist for our Office. The Real Estate Agent and Off Plan Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. They will also assist with off-plan and investment sales services. Day-to-day tasks may include communicating with clients and stakeholders, conducting property valuations and viewings, preparing and presenting property reports, analyzing real estate market trends, and negotiating contract terms.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Real Estate knowledge and experience
• Ability to analyze market trends and data accurately
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Fluent in English (oral and written). Multilingual skills are a plus
• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
