The Role

You Will Be Responsible For:

1. Organising data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
2. Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to achieve overall business objectives.
3. Attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives, and territory analysis & definition for maximum sales effectiveness.
4. Providing pricing and contract support by delivering high-quality and competitive proposals to the sales team.
5. Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions, while coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts.
6. Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance, and identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

• You have at least 2 years of experience within a Real Estate Consulting or Sales Operations/Sales Support role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
• Must have UAE visa with NOC.
