Job Description

1. Qualification of new leads
2. Unlock new business opportunities by warm calling and nurturing relationships with existing customers
3. Assistance with resale transactions of real estate in our exclusive projects
4. Conducting property viewings
5. Negotiation and conclusion of sales contracts
6. Finding new projects, maintaining good relationships with selected developers
7. Update on market trends and new developments
8. Regularly providing content to our marketing department

Job Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market
2. Strong focus on the secondary market
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Hardworking, ambitious and goal-oriented
5. You have a friendly personality, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
6. You are flexible, take the initiative, and can work independently
