Real Estate Agent

We are a dynamic real estate company located in DIFC, near Trade Center Station, seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, strong sales and negotiation skills, and experience working with both off-plan and secondary market properties.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance and market insights.
2. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
3. Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the purchasing or leasing process.
4. Stay updated on market trends, real estate laws, and upcoming projects.
5. Assist in promotional activities, including property photography and videography for marketing purposes.
6. Collaborate with the administrative team to handle necessary documentation and contracts.
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, and transactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate in Dubai.
2. Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including both off-plan and secondary sales.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. RERA certification is an advantage.
6. Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
7. Vehicle and valid driving license.
