Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Dubai at Premier Properties. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for customer service, sales, real property management, and obtaining and maintaining Real Estate Properties.

Responsibilities

Report directly to the Sales Manager, providing regular updates on leads, deals, and overall progress.
Actively handle outbound calls to clients and prospects, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
Identify potential leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Follow up on inquiries promptly to convert leads into successful transactions.
Work closely with marketing to generate and nurture leads.
Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process with professionalism and expertise.
Actively market and promote properties through various channels, including online platforms and in-person networking.
Conduct property viewings, open houses, and presentations to potential buyers and tenants.
Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies and client requirements.
Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and key developments.
Research and evaluate market prices to assist clients in making informed decisions.
Maintain thorough knowledge of off-plan projects and secondary market listings.
Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and Dubai real estate laws.
Assist clients in preparing and submitting required documents for buying, selling, or leasing properties.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in UAE Real Estate is a must.
Proficiency in Real Property management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of Dubai's real estate market trends.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
Additional language proficiency is a plus.
