As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will guide clients through the entire real estate process, from property search to closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the real estate transaction process.
• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate property options.
• Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate on their behalf.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and property valuation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid real estate license is required.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
