Job Description:

Kafaa Properties is looking for dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Convert leads into sales
2. Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients
3. Stay updated on market trends and property laws in Dubai
4. Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
6. Promote properties through online and offline marketing channels

Requirements:

1. Experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
4. Ability to work in a competitive and fast-paced environment
5. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
6. Valid UAE driving license & RERA certification (preferred)
