Job Description:

Ansar Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent with 3-5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, particularly with top developers like Damac, Emaar, Danube, Binghatti, Azizi, and similar. Based out of Business Bay, Dubai, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, offering expert advice, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional customer service.

This role offers a base salary along with a high commission structure, rewarding success with significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Representation: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Lead Generation: Actively generate leads via networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Property Listings: List and market properties on multiple platforms.
  • Showings & Open Houses: Conduct property viewings and open houses.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals successfully.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed on market trends and property values in Dubai and across the UAE.
  • Paperwork & Documentation: Handle contracts and ensure legal compliance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service throughout the process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to meet targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of working with prominent developers such as Damac, Emaar, Danube, Binghati, Azizi, or similar.
  • Real Estate License: Valid UAE license (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and lead generation skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM, MLS, and social media platforms.
  • Customer Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Self-Motivated: Goal-driven and results-oriented.
