Real Estate Agent

They are happy to consider both experienced property professionals and those with great sales experience wanting to get into the industry. Responsibilities:

1. Book valuations
2. Arrange and conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.
3. Negotiate
4. Build your own brand using social media and networking events
5. Manage and build strong customer relationships
6. Market your properties with the assistance of the in-house marketing team
7. Arrange and attend meetings with buyers/sellers
8. Maintain records using the internal company CRM and software
9. Coordinate and supervise offers, transactions and deals until the moment of payment by the buyer
10. Source properties within your assigned patch with the intention of selling them on behalf of the owner
11. Qualify leads, both buyers and owners
12. Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape

Compensation and Benefits:

1. This is a commission-only position with 50% on properties sold, increasing to 70% based on performance
2. £50,000 - £150,000 OTE tax-free in your first year – top earners can earn up to £300,000 tax-free!
3. Can work in Lettings, Secondary Sales or Off-Plan

Minimum Requirements:

1. Passion for property
2. Experience within the property industry isn't essential to be considered for this position, but would be an advantage
3. Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close for business
4. Excellent customer service
5. Driving licence
6. Interpersonal skills are essential to be successful
7. Experience of being in Dubai and familiar with the areas
