Experience in listing portals: Bayut, Property Finder, and Bayut.
Knowledge in MyCRM and BrokerPad.
Knowledge in Office 360 and to be sales support.
Understand full paperwork needed for real estate.
Prepare Tenancy Contract and MOU requested by the RE Manager for all closed deals.
Prepare weekly listing report ensuring all the listing information is accurate.
Ensure that listing documents are done within compliance guidelines and correctly updated onto the internal CRM.
Lead in writing, editing, and updating listings to emphasize the home's features and key selling points.
Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Greeting clients.
Filing and coding files.
Required skills:

At least 2 years of experience in real estate.
Strong administrative and communication skills.
Knowledge in all real estate portals and CRM.
