Infinity Developments is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant with a background in real estate and a strong focus on documentation and CRM management. You will work closely with our leadership to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and excellent administrative support. Position: Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Iris Bay, Business Bay

Salary: AED 4,500.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily schedules including internal meetings, conference calls involving multiple time zones, setting video conferences, and client meetings.
  • Coordinate travel schedules, both domestic and international, preparing a detailed itinerary prior to departure.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for administrative inquiries.
  • Draft PowerPoint presentations and other business documents.
  • Represent the organization and leaders to internal and external parties as required.
  • Assist with other duties such as file maintenance, photocopying, scanning, mailings, troubleshooting, and meeting planning.
  • Handle calls for the senior leaders, working with other support staff to ensure phone coverage during breaks and other periods of absence.
  • Support other colleagues when possible, providing timely answers to requests.
  • Assist with office management duties as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents, reports, and presentations
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field

· 2+ years of experience as an Executive or Admin Assistant

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building rapport

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools

· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

· Candidates with a REAL ESTATE background are preferred.
