Job Description

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans with precision and care.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients by explaining procedures and answering questions to reduce anxiety.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, conducting routine checks to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Position patients accurately for imaging studies, using knowledge of anatomy and imaging techniques to achieve the best results.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and accurate diagnostics.
• Document patient information, imaging results, and any adverse reactions or complications in a clear and precise manner.
• Adhere to protocols for radiation safety and infection control to protect patients and staff during procedures.
• Stay current with advancements in radiologic technology and participate in ongoing education and training.

Desired Candidate Profile

• DHA Eligibility or License is a must.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a clinical radiology setting, demonstrating proficiency in various imaging techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, effectively communicating with healthcare professionals and patients alike.
