About the position:

To determine BOQ, client based invoices, subcontracting workout, bar bending schedule, material requirements from the project drawings and their distribution on Cost Centers and to ensure that all work done at site including extra work is posted and billed.

Prepare BOQ

Accurately determine BOQ and material requirements from project drawings and their distribution on Cost Centers, in order to clearly identify the client requirements.

Prepare Client based invoices

Verify the quantities executed and prepare invoices in order to bill the client while identifying and incorporating all the extra works at site for the period

Verification of subcontract invoicing

Verify the quantities executed by subcontractor so that the payments can be made timely and as per contract

Qualifications

• DAE Civil
• 6 to 10 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor. Candidate must have worked in Abu Dhabi UAE for 4 to 6 Years in Oil and Gas Sector.

Job Location:

Incumbents immediately available in UAE will be preferred.

Salary Range:

5500 AED
