Apt Resources is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the Construction field to join our prestigious client's team, serving the Royal Family. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately calculating and managing the costs of construction projects conducted for the Royal Family.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and oversee cost estimates, budgets, and plans for construction projects
2. Track and monitor project costs, ensuring adherence to budget
3. Prepare and submit progress reports to the Royal Family
4. Collaborate with the project team to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
5. Provide advice and support on contractual matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction field
2. Experience in Construction/Maintenance Field
3. Well experienced in quoting for new projects and maintenance projects
4. Knowledge of construction processes, costs, and materials
5. Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with high-profile clients
