Job description

Prepare tender documents, budgets, and bills of quantities while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers for construction projects.

The role involves contractor tendering, cost management, and contract administration in real estate development, requiring expertise in Quantity Surveying and MRICS certification.

Manage financial, contractual compliance, cost control, and asset readiness for operations and maintenance services, ensuring effective project delivery and risk mitigation.

Responsible for quantity survey, invoice management, and BOQ preparation, with expertise in MEP drawings and EPC contracts, requiring strong communication skills.

Prepare estimates and manage costs for infrastructure projects, requiring strong analytical skills, professional certification, and experience in contract management.

Manage costs and budgets for construction projects, conduct cost estimation and analysis, prepare schedules, and ensure timely project completion with strong analytical skills.

Review and verify Bill of Quantities, prepare engineering measurements, calculate payments, and monitor site progress with knowledge of Tender processes and Quantity Surveying.

Lead cost management for high-end residential projects, utilizing advanced cost control systems and analytical skills to ensure financial discipline and project success.

Manage projects with expertise in Quantity Surveying, AutoCAD, site management, and strong organizational skills while coordinating with teams and clients.
