Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project budget by taking off quantities from drawings using AutoCAD and Planswift.
• Analyze and track project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
• Prepare detailed cost reports using earned value method, financial summaries, and variance analyses and cost to complete analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Review and approve procurement plans, invoices, and payment schedules.
• Monitor and control project stores/stock, project resources, and wastage of material.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate cost overruns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years hands-on experience as Cost Control Engineer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in cost control software, financial management tools, and ERP systems, preferably ePROMIS and CCS Candy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
