Job Description:

1. Manage costs to make sure that the initial budget is achieved.
2. Administer the tendering process for contractors and subcontractors.
3. Recalculate costs if the design or material changes in the project.
4. Make sure that construction costs are managed as efficiently as possible.
5. Prepare a statement of final account recording the actual costs of the project.
6. Measure and estimate building and material costs for projects.
7. Manage the payments for contractors and suppliers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• UAE/MOFA Attested Degree in Quantity Surveying or any relevant courses
• Must have an experienced using Candy Software.
• Experienced working for at least 3 years from tier 1 main contractor handling building projects.
• Good knowledge in reading and estimating building plans and material cost.
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
