Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role preferably same industry in UAE
Salary: 4000 to 5000 depending on experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in cost management and project estimation, ensuring our projects are delivered on budget without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for fit-out production projects.
2. Analyze project specifications, designs, and requirements to determine accurate costs.
3. Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
4. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
5. Conduct on-site measurements and valuations to verify work completed.
6. Prepare and submit interim and final project valuations and reports.
7. Manage change orders, variations, and claims efficiently.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and industry standards.
9. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in events, exhibitions, or fit-out Industry.
3. Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
4. Strong understanding of materials, methods, and market rates.
5. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
6. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Knowledge of relevant local regulations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in managing cost control for government projects or high-profile events.
2. Familiarity with sustainable materials and cost-efficient practices.
