Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the Interior Fit-Out and Joinery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
2. Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material and labor requirements.
3. Prepare and submit tender documents and cost breakdowns.
4. Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost control measures are in place.
5. Manage contract administration, including reviewing variations and claims.
6. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
7. Conduct risk assessments and advise on project profitability.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Interior Fit-Out and Joinery industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of costing, tendering, and procurement processes.
4. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, or cost estimation tools).
5. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED100.00 per month
