What You'll Do:

• Research, design, and backtest short-term predictive models to estimate fair value (mid-price, bid, ask).
• Engineer features and analyse high-frequency, real-world trading data.
• Work side-by-side with top-tier engineers to define, build, and refine real-time feature pipelines.
• Run rigorous validation tests using advanced statistical methods.
• Own the full model lifecycle from prototype to live trading with rapid iteration and feedback.

What You Bring:

• Solid foundation in mathematics: probability, statistics, stochastic processes, time series.
• 2+ years experience in quantitative research, modeling, or data science (academic projects welcome if relevant).
• Strong Python skills for data wrangling, analysis, and backtesting.
• Hands-on experience with ML tools like PyTorch, XGBoost, CatBoost, and orchestration tools like Kedro or Airflow.
• Curiosity about trading systems and market microstructure (bonus points for prior HFT exposure).
• Excellent communication to work closely with engineers and share complex ideas clearly.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with real-time feature pipelines.
• Exposure to Rust-based infrastructure (even a basic understanding helps).
