Job description
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance policies and procedures.

  • Conduct regular quality audits to assess adherence to standards.

  • Help resolve quality-related issues, providing technical support and solutions to departments.

  • Collaborate with production operations and procurement teams to ensure product quality from raw materials to finished goods.

  • Support the analysis and investigation of customer complaints related to quality.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives that align with company goals.

  • Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics, including waste management, carbon footprint, energy usage, and water consumption.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.

  • Work with teams to identify and implement energy-saving, waste reduction, and resource conservation projects.

  • Support continuous improvement programs to enhance product quality and sustainability performance.

  • Participate in quality control, risk management, and compliance activities across the organization.

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in quality and sustainability processes.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

  • Assist in preparing reports related to quality audits, sustainability metrics, and compliance assessments.

  • Maintain accurate records of audits, quality issues, sustainability activities, and compliance documentation.

  • Prepare presentations for internal meetings and management reviews on quality and sustainability performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality management, sustainability, or environmental management.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and sustainability standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and produce reports related to quality and sustainability performance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with quality management software and sustainability tracking tools is a plus.

  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
