Job Description
Online production control, monitoring and record.
CCP monitoring and control as per HACCP plan.
Ensure that all raw materials and packaging materials used in the plant conform to the quality standards.
Conduct all quality QC chemical, physical, and sensory tests for finished products.
Adapt, maintain, and operate analytical and sensory tests.
Modify and validate analytical procedures to meet quality needs.
Ensure the raw materials, packing materials, semi-finished, and finished goods are released in SAP on shift basis.
Communicate in a timely manner with the Quality Manager any quality issues to minimize losses and interruptions.
Keep all quality-related documentation organized and up to date.
Responsible for customer complaint investigation, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
Responsible for verification of CAPA and tracking and closing NCRs.
Conduct periodic GMP inspections to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
Prepare the GMP inspection report, tracking the corrective actions and closing.
Conduct food safety induction for new joiners.
Ensure quality standards and procedures are maintained, including training and monitoring of new and existing employees in the processes and methods required to achieve the company's standards for food quality and food safety, consistent with company principles.
Ensure the lab staff adheres to the safety procedures and SOPs defined by the company. Report unsafe acts and conditions in the lab to help improve the safety culture.
Report incidents happening inside the laboratory for investigation purposes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in the dairy industry, preferably cheese manufacturing.
