Quality Specialist

Our client, a leading company in Dubai, is looking for a Quality Specialist to ensure operational excellence and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet performance standards.
2. Utilize client service tools and techniques to enhance customer experience.
3. Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement.
4. Ensure compliance with quality regulations and industry best practices.
5. Monitor and evaluate business processes for continuous improvement.
6. Work closely with teams to maintain high service quality.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 4–7 years of experience in a quality-related role.
2. Solid experience in quality control and performance standards.
3. Background in business setup or Freezone industry is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of client service tools and techniques.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools, Convolo, and computer literacy.
6. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
7. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
8. At least a secondary school graduate; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
9. Work shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
