Education/Certification and Continued Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
Years of Experience
5+ years of experience in quality control or a related field.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve business objectives.
ISO 9001/TickIT, BS 15000/ITIL, and CMMI level 2/3 certification preferred.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
