Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in healthcare quality management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with JCI (Joint Commission International) and ISO 15189 standards.
• Ensure full compliance with DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) regulations and requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (Master's, etc.) is a plus.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) qualification is mandatory.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in healthcare quality management, with direct experience in JCI and ISO 15189 standards.
• In-depth knowledge of DOH regulations and accreditation processes in Abu Dhabi.
