Quality Inspector

We are looking for a detail-oriented quality inspector to ensure that our products meet the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
2. Ensure compliance with company quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
3. Document inspection results and generate reports on quality performance.
4. Identify defects or deviations and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
5. Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product accuracy.
6. Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Maintain records of inspections and follow up on quality control procedures.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in manufacturing or production.
3. Knowledge of quality control standards such as ISO, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
