Process Credit Card Applications: Ensure that credit card applications received from third-party aggregators are processed accurately and in accordance with DIB's established parameters and policies.
Submit Applications on DIB Systems: Submit customer credit card applications onto DIB systems (e.g., Finnone) for further processing.
Maintain Operational Standards: Uphold DIB's internal standards of quality, operational efficiency, and controls at all times.
Verification Calls: Conduct verification calls on all approved customer applications using standardized calling scripts over recorded phone lines.
Maintain SLAs/TATs: Ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TATs) for internal processes and benchmarks.
Prepare Daily MIS: Generate daily management information systems (MIS) reports for all card applications, including submitted, pending, returned, approved, and rejected applications. Share these reports with the Team Leader and other relevant stakeholders.
Work with Service Quality (SQ) Department: Collaborate with the SQ department to track and resolve customer complaints within TAT, conducting root cause analysis to prevent similar issues from recurring.
