Quality Control Inspectors Welding Painting EI Telecom and Civil

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute inspection jobs with professionalism.
• Execute specific inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on site.
• Issue the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to QC Supervisor nonconformance reports.
• Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls, and inspections, and manage documents certifying tests, controls, and inspections.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.
• Verify special processes and the relevant workers' qualifications.
• Check power transformers, switchboard, accumulator battery sockets, outlet lighting system, Remote terminal unit, instruments, cables, tunings, etc.
• Perform visual inspections, dimensional tests, check rating, and material for connection.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas construction sector.
• Previous Saudi Aramco approvals are a must and possessing 8000 series SAP No.
• Computed Based Testing (CBT) approval with passed status in Welding & NDT discipline is a must.
• CSWIP 3.1/3.2/AWS Certification, BGas, Compex, etc.
• Familiar with applicable engineering standards and codes that will be used during QC surveillance activities in onshore and offshore fabrication projects.
• Good experience in Structural Fabrication such as Jackets, Platforms, Decks, Skids, and Manifolds in yard-based facilities.
• This is a project-based role with a fixed-term contract for 78 months.
• Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
