· Visiting food preparation/producing establishments as per schedule.
· Inspect and collect information of establishments details, grease traps, and cleaning documents through means and methods provided.
· Inspect the grease trap to identify required frequency of cleaning.
· Give awareness to all food processing establishments about health and environmental impact, municipality regulations, and Envirol.
· Report all violations found to line manager and Dubai Municipality.
· Follow up with visited establishments pending to clean the grease trap.
· Ensure that the cleaning process and documentation is done as per regulations and requirements.
