Job Description

• Perform analytical testing of finished goods, in-process, and RM samples received from production & communicate the results to the production team for further actions.
• Preparation of stock solutions & calibration of instruments.
• Perform development activities for new products by supporting lab batches.
• Update, add & document the QC manual, R&D team SOP, and local procedures.
• Report all analysis results, observations, and feedback to the Head of Laboratory and/or Head of R&D.
• Clean the workplace following weekly 5S routine activities.
• Clean and maintain all lab and technical centre equipment.
• Sourcing required raw materials, equipment, and tools for daily activities.
• Strictly adhere to safety rules and HSEQ policy.
• Measure and test materials and products according to industry-specific standard procedures.
• Specific techniques: Wet analysis, FTIR, GC handling.
• Document reporting: COA, TDS, MSDS.
• Safety protocol: Follow site/Lab safety rules.
• Data analysis: Analyze in-process samples & guide the production team on trends.
• Documentation and reporting: Document the QC results in the system to release batches.
• Communication: Inter-team communication (Production, logistics & store).

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2 years’ experience at a chemical manufacturing lab.
