Job Description: A Quality Assurance Officer in Real Estate plays a vital role in ensuring that the company's services and products meet the required standards and regulations. Their job is to oversee and maintain high-quality processes throughout the real estate transactions, development projects, and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports on the quality of services, properties, and transactions including areas for improvement.
  
• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance assessments.
  
• Ensure that the real estate business stays up-to-date with the latest regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  
• Develop and implement quality control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience minimum 2 years.
  
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market (especially in Abu Dhabi).
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Proficiency in real estate listing platforms and CRM systems.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with luxury real estate listings or niche markets.
  
• Bilingual (Arabic/English).
