Job Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols specific to chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct detailed analysis of chemical compositions and processes to identify potential quality issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to refine processes and improve product quality.
• Perform routine inspections and audits of production facilities and processes, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
• Utilize statistical process control methods to monitor production quality and establish benchmarks for performance improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformance incidents and develop effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring that the organization adapts accordingly.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and trends, providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Engage with suppliers to assess and improve the quality of incoming materials, establishing strong quality partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field, with advanced degrees being a distinct advantage.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, showcasing a commitment to quality excellence.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and understanding compliance requirements relevant to the chemical sector.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control software, with a strong command of data interpretation.
