Job Description

1. Study the client drawings for the Project (Structural and Architectural; Layout and Details).
2. Preparation of Bill of quantities for waterproofing works as per Project Specifications.
3. Preparing Estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment, and labor to determine project feasibility including evaluating Estimate of Materials Based on Theoretical (Plans) and Quantity of Deliverable based on actual on-Site Necessity.
4. Taking all the actual measurements for all UAE projects of AMIM.
5. Prepare monthly progress Invoice along with the Highlighted Drawing and approved MIR/WIR.
6. Arranging joint measurements with the Quantity Surveyor from the Main Contractor.
7. Bringing Approval for site measurements from the Client.
8. Prepares Shop Drawings, Slope Layout.
9. Updating daily material report.
10. Gather all Delivery notes to match with the Actual Quantity.
11. Prepare the Local Purchase Order as per the Site Requirement before and during the period of all AMIM UAE Projects.
12. Prepare Technical Letter if required in order to address issues to the Main Contractor.
13. Prepare the Method Statement and Risk Assessment.
14. Visit the site and check with AMIM Site Team for the work done at site.
15. Conduct Site Inspection if required.
16. Regularly visit construction sites to assess material usage, work progress, and compliance with specifications.
17. Maintain accurate records of WIR/MIR and non-conformance reports.
18. Closing NCR, SOR.
19. Maintain and comply with the HSE Documentation required from the Main Contractor.
20. Participate in the HSE Audit.
21. Any other engineering work will be administered by the Manager.
