In this context, you are:
- In charge of overall deployment, implementation, and maintenance of the QHSE Management System for services provided in all TMS operations worldwide.
- Responsible for ensuring all global TMS processes are in compliance with QHSE procedures. Support regions with guidance and implementation of quality management systems on TMS locations worldwide (API Q2, ISO) depending on customer requirements.
Your main missions are:
- Support global implementation of company’s QHSE controls and policies while working with the regions to write ad hoc procedures and ensure the necessary control of documents and records.
- Analyze customer feedback to create and follow up on the action plan for required improvements of concerned processes.
- Ensure that processes meet the requirements of applicable standards, specifications, and procedures.
- Implement QHSE policies into the overall management process, in order to achieve the annual objectives.
- Monitor and define globally the ongoing performance and outputs of the QHSE process through specific KPIs and reports.
- Provide continuous feedback to the global service line QHSE manager about QHSE processes, external and internal issues, and positive aspects.
- Control and monitor global Quality audits, Safety GEMBA tours, Environmental inspections, and Health management in order to provide the required maintenance of the system.
- Ensure the compliance of implemented processes with API Q2 specifications as needed.
- Support regions to ensure that all suppliers meet the QHSE requirements of Vallourec.
- Support regional yard managers with customer audits or visits.
- Build ad hoc risk analysis for every TMS operation worldwide.
Profile:
- Working technical knowledge of OCTG products and connections.
- Preferably possess a minimum of three to five years of experience in a QHSE role.
- Computer literate, as will be required to use e-mail, Excel, and Word to compile, produce, monitor, and interpret operational data and reports.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge, understanding, and application of Company QHSE Policies and Procedures.
- Reliable, able to work unsupervised, or cooperatively, within the production team, across the whole organization, and with external customers.
- Must demonstrate a flexible approach to operational requirements in order to meet business objectives.
- Has the ability to work in a team in order to achieve shared goals in the most effective way.
- Traveling required.

Our recruitment process:
The recruitment process consists of three steps:
- An initial interview via videoconference with a Talent Acquisition Manager to introduce Vallourec and discuss your background and motivations.
- A videoconference or in-person interview with the direct manager.
- A third interview via videoconference or in-person with the N+2 and/or a peer.
This process may vary depending on the position and geographic scope. An in-person interview is always included.
