We are looking for a QHSE Manager who would develop, implement, oversee and manage the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QHSE management, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key accountabilities would be as follows, but not limited to:
- Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on QHSE matters, promoting awareness and best practices.
- Monitor and report on QHSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance overall safety and quality.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure QHSE requirements are integrated into all aspects of operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to QHSE activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring successful audits and inspections.
- Lead and manage a team of QHSE professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Eligibility requirements and key competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in QHSE management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Certification in QHSE management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, ISO 55001).
- Experience with data center operations and infrastructure management preferred.
- Familiarity with energy-efficient practices and sustainability improvements preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
