Welding Activities

1. Raw Material Inspection
2. Check the welding consumable as per WPS
3. Check the bevel angle, root gap face as per WPS
4. Check the Fit-up root gap and misalignment as per WPS
5. Check the root pass and hot pass amps and volts
6. After completing fill and cap, check visual inspection
7. For visual inspections, request client and submit the visual inspection report
8. Request NDT for the weld joint
9. After completing, request client to review the film
