Establishing and maintaining an effective document control system, prepare and submit the project document control procedure/communication plan and document numbering.
Handling and controlling all project documents as per procedure.
Receiving, checking, distributing, dispatching, filing, and controlling all the technical documents between the company, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
Maintain updated master submittal/incoming log, monitor the schedule and status.
Provide weekly status of documentation summary report to the project team.
