QC Inspector-Welding

Key Responsibilities:

1. To carry out in process inspection as per inspection plan.
2. Understanding the scope of inspection with respect to project requirements in accordance with applicable specifications and codes as agreed in the contract, which include but are not limited to:
1. Raw material receiving inspection
2. Inspection of free-issue materials from Client
3. Preservation Inspection at laydown area
4. Inspections as specified in ITP – Fit-up, dimensions, Welding, etc.
5. Verify and report material traceability
6. Final inspection for releasing to the next stage.
7. Identify punches and logging the same
8. Verification inspection for punch closure
3. Coordinating and co-operating with Construction Manager, supervisor, QC engineers, Site Engineer and Client/TPI for all inspection activities.
