QC Inspector QC Process Controller - Foundry

Roles & Responsibilities

The QC Inspector in the Foundry division is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. This role involves inspecting, testing, and verifying products to ensure they comply with specifications and standards.

1. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of castings and materials.
2. Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant inspections.
3. Record and analyze test data, making recommendations for improvements.
4. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality reports.
6. Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
