QC Inspector Pipeline NDT

Minimum Requirements:

1. Shall hold a Degree/Diploma in Engineering or an approved equivalent with 10 years of Pipeline NDT inspection. AUT/PAUT/TOFD inspectors shall hold a Degree/Diploma in Engineering or an approved equivalent.
2. Shall be qualified in accordance with TWI CWSIP ISO 9712 Level-II for AUT Inspector.
3. Shall be qualified in accordance with BINDT/PCN ISO 9712 Level-II for PAUT / TOFD Inspector.
4. Shall have prior experience in the relevant method and shall have worked in 3 prior projects for various sizes and wall thicknesses and permitted to work under full time supervision of ASNT level III in similar capacity.
5. RT film interpreter shall be certified to ASNT ACCP level III, or CSWIP / PCN level II in RT with 5 years’ experience after certification in relevant to Oil & Gas projects.
6. Ultrasonic testing technician shall be certified to CSWIP / PCN level II certification with 5 years’ experience after certification, relevant to Oil & Gas projects.
7. Other inspectors/technicians shall have ASNT or CSWIP / PCN level II certification with min. 5 years of relevant experience post certification in Oil & Gas industry (alternative equivalent qualifications may also be acceptable, subject to approval).
