Perform incoming material inspections as per the appropriate Work Instruction (WI).
Perform correctly the daily in-process and final inspection of the product in accordance with the Quality Procedure (QP) and WI.
Ensure material/component traceability (router sheet) is maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
Ensure to clock in/out (VM) and update the router sheet correctly.
Ensure only calibrated and validated equipment/measuring devices are used in the inspection processes.
Report to the Supervisor/Lead on any non-conformance(s) detected during inspection.
Ensure repaired/reworked items are re-inspected before releasing the product for further processing or delivery.
Prepare and complete inspection records prior to shipment to customers.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.
Support in the orientation of new recruitment for the quality team by providing on-the-job training and sharing the company culture and practice, and method of inspection, etc.
Ensure 5S is implemented in the work area.
Adhere to the company’s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.
Comply with the Company Code of Business Conduct.
