Job Description

1. Conduct inspections and tests on automobile parts and systems to ensure they meet quality standards.
2. Identify and document any defects or non-conformities and work with the production team to resolve them.
3. Create and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
4. Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
5. Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
6. Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective actions.
7. Train and educate production team members on quality control procedures.
8. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality control practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Certifications in quality control or quality management are preferred.
3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control in the automobile industry.
4. Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
5. Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards.
6. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
10. Fluency in English
